Upload Your Data Files

FYI: MailMax Direct also offers optional FTP file transfers. FTP transfers are more reliable and faster than HTTP transfers. For your large or repeat file uploads, contact your CSR and request an account today!

Please enter the following information and click Browse to select your file(s). Up to 5 files may be uploaded at one time. Please make sure your files are in an acceptable format before uploading. Click Send to begin uploading your files. The time it takes to upload will depend on the size of the file(s) and your connection speed. Files over one megabyte (1mb) can take up to a minute or more. Please be patient. Some web browsers will show a progress-bar along the lower portion of your screen. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Note: If you are using a proxy program such as Naviscope or ZoneAlarm on your computer to block advertisements, enhance performance or security, etc., you may wish to disable it for the duration of the upload. Programs such as these get in-between your browser and our server, essentially redirecting all communication to themselves and releasing filtered chunks of the data to the appropriate places. Under normal circumstances this is exactly what you want them to do! However, during large file uploads of three (3) megabytes or more, the time it takes to upload your files increases dramatically. These programs break-down the uploaded data into small chunks which increases the time it takes to upload by great orders of magnitude: a 40 megabyte file over a 100 megabit LAN normally uploads in far less than a minute, whereas with Naviscope enabled, it takes over an hour!!! You can usually temporarily disable these programs by right-clicking their icon in the tasktray and clicking Disable. You may re-enable them after your upload is successful. For more information, refer to your proxy program's documentation or your computer administrator.
