The Anderton Group Companies: A Brief History

        The Anderton Group began in June of 1994 with the purchase of Brazos Printing. Over the next several years, our sales doubled due to customer commitment and the quality of our products and services. As we learned to work together, strong company/family and customer relationships began to emerge.

        In 1996, we took a new step with another acquisition. Cen-Plex Mailing was a 24-year veteran of the mailing business staffed with wonderful people, who to this day are a great influence on me. With the addition of equipment and hard work, Cen-Plex Mailing grew much like Brazos Printing.

        1997 saw Gatesville Printing brought into the Anderton Group. Serving clients' printing and office supply
needs for over 25 years, Gatesville Printing is a grass-roots operation that reminds me of the
importance of community involvement and customer relationships.

        The Anderton Group continued to grow with the addition of Prim's Mailing Center in 1999
.An example of hard work and attention to customers, Prim's Mailing Center also
experienced significant growth over the next couple of years. Through innovation
and equipment enhancements, The Anderton Group was fast-becoming
a true leader in the full-service mailing industry.

        My vision for the Anderton Group grew again in 2001, with the purchase of a
manufacturing facility large enough to house both Prim's Mailing Center and
Cen-Plex Mailing. A name change was appropriate to represent both companies,
and MailMax Direct began its life. MailMax Direct combines all the previous
mailing companies' services giving our clients a stronger base of equipment,
personnel, and experience in the mailing industry.
